1. General Provisions

By using the website and services of ProSurf Watersport Center, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ProSurf provides: windsurfing, SUP, and wing foil courses, water sports equipment rental. All activities are conducted under the supervision of qualified and certified instructors, in accordance with applicable safety standards.

Bookings and Cancellations

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings may be made via the website, by telephone, or in person at the center. After a booking is received, the user will receive a confirmation via e-mail or another agreed communication channel.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Bookings may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges. In case of late cancellation or no-show, ProSurf reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed service price.

Liability and Amendments

5. User Responsibility

Users are required to: follow instructors' instructions, comply with safety rules, use equipment in the prescribed manner. ProSurf shall not be liable for injuries, damage, or loss of personal belongings resulting from failure to follow instructions or irresponsible behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in sports activities is at the user's own risk. Users are advised to assess their physical capabilities before participating in activities.

7. Amendments

ProSurf reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. All amendments enter into force upon publication on this website.
